Thanks Sharazi! I was choosing the most important dress I would ever wear. What a lot of pressure. I searched five cities high and low: Los Angeles, Atlanta, Savannah, San Diego and Las Vegas. I kept finding dresses I liked, but I never had that ah-ha, this is the one revelation. I kept saying to myself, If only this one were a little different, if only that one had beaded straps. Two different friends suggested that I have my dress custom made. How would I find someone? I asked. They both recommended someone they knew would help me create my dream dress. Coincidentally, they both recommended Loyce! I was already cutting it close to my wedding date in June, but Loyce put all my fears to rest. On my very first appointment, she laid out a full plan of attack. We sat down together to discuss my preferences, figured out away to integrate my great-grandmothers silver crystal vintage buttons from her bridal gown, and incorporate them into the design. She set up regular weekly appointments so I knew my dress would be ready on my big day. Loyce even scheduled a special appointment when my mother would be in town, so she could help with some of the final details. It was so great how she included my Mom in the process. Needless, to say my dress was one I could have only found in my dreams. It was everything I wanted, with no compromise. On my wedding day, I felt like every bride should, like a princess. Having Loyce design my dress was the most enjoyable part of my wedding preparation. Because of her, I will always love my wedding dress and the way I felt that special day. To Sharazi, Loyce was an invaluable part of my wedding. She and I work together to design the perfect dress for me and I know that each person she works with is given as much personal attention as I was. This was very special for me because I chose silver silk satin with a silk organza tie-back shawl for my wedding dress. Very non-traditional. Having my dress custom designed, made the dress buying process so much easier and intimate. Your dress is the most important part of your wedding day, and to know that it is going to fit just right and make you look your best is a comforting thought. I just knew that Loyce was going to take care of me and my concerns, and she allowed me to worry less about the dress and more about other things as the wedding day approached. I would recommend her to any one that truly wants their own one of a kind dress and very personalized service. It makes the day that much more special. Thank you Loyce! Hello Loyce!! It's hard to express in words how wonderful I think you are, but here goes... From the moment I met Loyce, I knew she was the designer who could bring my dream wedding gown to reality. Her warmth and genuine love for creating breathtaking wedding gown made the entire process a joy. I truly felt like a princess on my wedding day, and received so many compliments on my gown. As a rather Rubenesque woman who wears a lot of black clothing, I was quite apprehensive about wearing a white dress. Loyce helped me choose the most flattering style for my figure and was able to literally sculpt it to my body so it was a perfect fit. I had many opportunities for input while my wedding gown was being created during several fittings with Loyce. The personal attention and care I received could never be matched by a bridal salon. Loyce also made long silk skirts for my bridesmaids to wear, and they all looked beautiful. On my wedding day, Loyce helped me get dressed and was at my side as I waited for my grand entrance. The look on my husband's face when he saw his bride said it all. I will always cherish the moment. Kara O'Neil Harris - April 8, 2000 Photo: www.christopherglenn.com |

To Sharazi, Once I started looking for my perfect wedding dress, I searched the internet, I went to a wholesale bridal shop, and a few private bridal boutiques and none of them had what I was looking for. It was difficult to find a dress with the right sleeves, neckline, fabric and style that I had in mind for the perfect dress for that special day. Finally, I decided to have my dress custom made. While looking in the few bridal shops I visited, they also offered custom made bridals gown, but didnt seem knowledgeable enough to discuss with me the different types of fabrics and choices I was envisioning for my dress. I didnt feel very confident in them. A friend referred Loyce to me and could only say wonderful things about her. When I visited Loyce at Sharazi Bridal she had plenty of samples for me to see, and knew what kind of fabrics I had in mind. She knew how to interpret what I was envisioning for my wedding dress. Loyce make a sample muslin dress for me and we work on it together until I was completely satisfied. It was exactly what I wanted. In the end, I finally got the perfect wedding dress that was made from a beautiful embroidered and beaded chiffon and was absolutely a perfect. Carla Barbosa Lopez - January 8, 2000 |

To Sharazi Bridal, As a very busy executive, I didnt have the luxury of visiting dozens of bridal shops to select the perfect dress. As a frugal business woman, I couldnt convince myself that a dress I was going to wear one time was worth $10,000. Money wasnt an issue, however customer service, the right color and the perfect dress was. Id spent one time too many listening to several sales persons tell me that the dress I wanted and was paying for only came in this color and this fabric only! This was my second wedding. I wanted a dress that bespoke not of innocence and purity, but rather elegance, simplicity and style. No busy beading, no lace, just a simple champagne-cream color sheath dress that I would look simply stunning in. Sharazi came highly recommended from a friend who had her wedding gown custom made as well as the maids and flower girls. My initial meeting with Loyce was over the phone from my office. I described what I wanted and we discussed a first meeting date and additional fittings to coordinate with my busy schedule. I flew to L.A. from the Bay Area for our first meeting, we reviewed sketches of her concepts based on our conversations and her interpretation of what Id envisioned. Loyce was right on target. She utilized my time very efficiently while I was in L.A. We spend the rest of the day shopping for fabric, taking measurements and finalizing the details. She was a consummate professional -- skilled, patient and creative. The final result was absolutely stunning, breathtaking and a perfect fit. The veil was exactly how I had envisioned it. It was icing on the cake. The added personal touch of delivering my dress the day before the wedding was even more special. My dress was so perfect that it landed me on the cover of a bridal magazine, and a picture of my husband and I on the Gamble Gardens website homepage! Loyce youre the BEST a true professional and a master at your craft. Stacie Neely March 6, 1999 |

Hello there Loyce, Glad to hear from you again. Thank you so much for the kind words...You make me feel so special. You are just the BEST!!! Anyway here are my comments about the wonderful experience that I was able to share with you; Thank you Loyce: Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have found Loyce. From the moment I met her, I could immediately tell that she loved creating and designing wedding gowns and that this wasn't just another job for her; but rather something through which her enthusiasm and creativity prevailed. Loyce was able to understand exactly what I wanted even though I knew very little about fabrics, lace, etc. My wedding dress was absolutely stunning...of course I may be a little biased to that...but Loyce was able to create the Victorian dress that I envisioned when I walked in to her studio for the first time; not only that, the wedding dress evolved into something more unique, thanks to Loyce of course. I must also say that I never felt stressed during any part of this process. Loyce always added that special touch & even made the fittings memorable experiences. I am eternally grateful for what you have done for me. Thank you, so very much. Marisol Martinez - October 3, 1998 |
